What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
You then give us your full name, division and level. We assign you a numeric student ID.
We store what you create in the app: tasks, notes, reminders, voice recordings, images and files you attach, and anything you publish to the community.
For security we record the IP address and device type used to sign in, and keep a log of actions taken by administrators.
How it is used
Only to run the app: to show you your own work, send the reminders you set, and show your published posts to students in your division and level.
Voice recordings are turned into text on our own server. They are not sent to any AI service and nothing interprets them.
We do not sell your data, show advertising or share it with anyone else.
Who can see it
Your tasks, notes and files are private to you. A post you publish is visible to students of the same division and level, with your name.
Administrators can see published posts and reports, and can remove content or accounts that break the rules.
How long it is kept
Tasks and published posts are deleted automatically 10 days after they are created or published, together with their recordings, images and files.
Your account stays until you or an administrator deletes it.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
